Review conversations and visitor submissions

Audentic keeps the conversation workflow in the same place where you configure agents. Use it to check what visitors asked, find missing business information, and follow up when a visitor explicitly sends you a request.

Conversations

Open Conversations after a test or website call. Select a conversation to read its saved speech transcript. You can copy the transcript from the conversation page. Ask yourself:

  • Did the agent answer from the correct business information?
  • Where did the visitor need clarification or ask something the agent did not know?
  • Was the conversation short and helpful enough for the task?

Update agent guidance or knowledge, save, and test again. Transcripts are saved when a call ends; a closed tab, lost connection, or interrupted finalization can leave a transcript incomplete. Audentic does not store call audio recordings in the app.

Visitor inbox

If Show helpful steps on screen is enabled, the agent can create a form for the visitor's feedback or request and revise its fields as the conversation changes. Compatible answers the visitor already typed stay in the form. The visitor reviews the current form and presses Send before it reaches your Inbox. Other on-screen views, such as notices, choices, and custom interactive content, stay in the conversation and do not create Inbox items by themselves.

If Take a message for your team is enabled, the agent can also prepare a standard follow-up request with a visitor's name, an email address or phone number, and a short message. The visitor reviews and confirms that request before it is stored. Open Inbox to see submitted forms and confirmed requests, open a related conversation, and mark an item handled. You can reopen it later.

The Inbox stores submissions for your team to act on. It does not send an email or text notification. If both on-screen steps and standard follow-up are off, the agent should offer your published contact details instead.

Keep improving

Make one change at a time: correct a fact, tighten the agent's purpose, or change how it hands a request to your team. Then run the same test question again. Review new conversations after publishing because changes affect new calls. The roadmap tracks planned tools for deeper evaluation and operator workflows.
