Usage, costs, and plans
Audentic is a workspace for building and operating voice agents for your business. Open the Dashboard to see activity, Usage & costs to review usage, and Plan & billing to review your account.
Track business activity
Choose the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Periods include today and use UTC. Activity includes both test conversations and conversations from published website agents.
- Published agents: Your currently published agents, independent of the selected period.
- Conversations: Recorded sessions started in the selected period.
- Connected minutes: Elapsed connection time for completed conversations. This includes silence and is not a measure of billable audio. Calls without a recorded end time do not contribute minutes.
- Daily activity and usage by agent: Understand which agents are being used and when. Expand the daily counts beneath the chart for a table.
Reports include agents currently owned by your account. Deleted agents and their activity are not included. Builder setup calls are not included in agent conversation activity.
Understand cost coverage
A recorded conversation is not necessarily a verified cost record. Current voice sessions retain browser-reported usage for diagnostics; this is not trusted billing data.
Verified usage cost includes only conversations explicitly marked as having verified costs. The coverage count shows how many conversations contribute to that amount. When none have verified costs, the dashboard says Not available, rather than displaying a misleading $0.
Historical recorded costs are older cost estimates preserved separately. They are not verified invoices. Neither these estimates nor browser-reported usage create customer charges.
Review your plan
Free has a $0 platform subscription fee and uses Audentic’s model access, subject to platform request limits and availability. It does not include a guaranteed monthly dollar allowance or unlimited production usage.
The second tab is Subscription plans coming soon. Paid prices, included usage, and plan features will be published there when available. Checkout and invoices are not available yet. Customer API keys are not accepted; model access is managed by Audentic.
Historical allowance and usage figures remain available for reference. They are not current credits, renewals, or enforced spending limits.
